RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate use (such as underwear) or sanitary use, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment within a certain number of days (between 5 and 10 days depending on our payment processor Stripe).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if you wish to change the size, or if it is defective or damaged. Personal items, such as underwear that have already been used, cannot be exchanged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@basedbodyworks-au.com, we will then provide you with an address to return the product to. Please note that addresses may vary depending on the product you wish to return, as we use different suppliers for our different products and the warehouses of our various suppliers are not located at the same address.
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out that you returned the item.
Shipping
To return your product, you must mail it to the address that we will provide to you once you have contacted us by email at support@basedbodyworks-au.com
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item with a value of more than €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
